Just Below the Surface         

We are all flawed in many ways, fallen creatures of instinct and we dont like to admit our faults, instead we just point out others short commings. Does any of us know whats going on in others hearts? We dont even know whats going on in our own. The Bible speaks to the fallen state of man over and over again. With the best of characters succuming to sin. The sinful nature lies ‘Just below the Surface’. It manifests for each of us in many subtle and obvious ways.

In this life I find it to be a continious spiritual battle against sin. This series just tries to capture in a visual form the uglyness of sin. How it distorts, corrupts and effects each of us in destructive ways. This series might seem like quite a negative perception of things, but I dont see it that way. It is a matter of being real with ones self. Taking responsibility. We all need to see ourselves for what we truly are that we might find redemption, forgiveness and salvation.
