Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged Items: In the unlikely event the product arrives to your customer damaged, a replacement can be sent free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at sidoesart@pm.me or complete the contact form on the contact page. We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them within 14 days of receiving the item. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
